Purpose:   NEW PAGE — implements BKT 35120 v2.1.0 (Architecture Baseline
           Approved, Supersedes v2.0.0) Section 14.5: the canonical public
           Evidence Pack selection and review surface. Answers "Which
           published Evidence Pack do you want to consider?" Sits between
           mamadex-locations.html (country/centre selection) and the
           Viridians Proof Buyer handoff. This page owns Greta's evidence-
           source selection; it must never make or imply a downstream proof
           decision.
Status:    NEW BUILD. Owner instruction: read BKT-35120 v2.1.0 (uploaded
           2026-07-14) after a prior evaluation-only audit (Phase 5, no
           edits) identified this stage was missing entirely — MamaDEX's
           former "Continue to Viridians" ending on mamadex-proof-routes.html
           skipped straight from a generic Evidence Pack *explanation* to
           Viridians, with no mechanism for a cold buyer ("Greta") to choose
           a country, centre or specific Evidence Pack first. v2.1.0 Section
           21 lists this page's creation as "Approved architecture requiring
           implementation." Built this pass, together with the companion
           registry /assets/data/mamadex/mamadex-evidence-packs.registry.json
           (initially empty per v2.1.0 Section 11 — "An empty governed
           registry is acceptable. Fabricated pack records are not.") and
           corrections to mamadex-proof-routes.html's final action and
           mamadex-locations.js's centre-forward route (see those files' own
           changelogs).
Recognised query params (BKT 35120 v2.1.0 Section 14.5): centre_id, iso,
           mama, pack_id, channels. Every identifier is resolved against
           canonical data — no page-local relationship map, no invented pack.
States implemented (BKT 35120 v2.1.0 Section 14.5):
  A - Centre selected, published packs available (centre name, broad
      location, linked active Mama profiles, published Evidence Packs for
      that centre — currently always empty, since no MamaDEX Evidence Pack
      registry record exists yet at v2.1.0 issue; this is an implementation/
      data gap, not a reason to fabricate one).
  B - Story-first Mama context present ("You arrived through {Mama} at
      {Centre}") — shown alongside State A/D, never asserting Mama ownership
      of the whole pack (BKT 35120 v2.1.0 Section 9 copy boundary).
  C - Specific published pack selected — public review using only governed
      public fields (title, programme label, evidence period, centre, broad
      location, public summary, related public Mama context, formally
      confirmed Eco Guild context, claim-boundary summary, publication date).
      Never raw evidence, personal records or downstream acceptance status.
      Since Viridians does not yet support a validated public pack_id
      handoff (v2.1.0 Section 15), this state honestly states the downstream
      assessment handoff is not yet available rather than linking a
      non-functional "Continue to Viridians" button.
  D - No published pack for a validly-resolved centre — honest empty state
      with real onward actions (choose another centre / return to the
      evidence explanation / contact MamaDEX). Never a fabricated sample
      pack, never a draft/withdrawn record shown as published.
  E - Invalid centre_id/pack_id or no identifiable context at all — fails
      safely to a generic "choose a MamaDEX Centre" prompt. No broken card,
      no undefined value, no inferred relationship.

  - /assets/data/mamadex/mamadex-centres.registry.json
  - /assets/data/mamadex/mamadex-evidence-packs.registry.json (new, empty)
Centre-to-Mama navigation (v2.1.0 Section 14.6): linked Mama slugs on a
           resolved centre are rendered as real links to
           /mamadex/mamadex-mama-profile.html?mama={slug} for active Mamas
           only (same convention mamadex-mamas-grid.js already uses) — never
           an unfiltered directory link mislabelled as centre-specific.
Fail-safe contract: missing/invalid/unknown centre_id, mama or pack_id ->
           console.warn only, generic State E prompt shown, never a thrown
           error or a rendered "undefined".
