Legal and Privacy

Buktika is evidence-first. Payments move only on accepted proof. Records are kept for seven years. This page explains how we handle terms, privacy, and proof so that everyone has the same clear rules.

Evidence-First

Evidence-First

Every payment release links to accepted proof. If verification gates are not passed, funds do not move. All evidence is traceable and stored for seven years.

HEKTO Currency

HEKTO Currency

HEKTO has a target settlement reference of 100 uUSD (operational budgeting reference only). Deployed on Celo blockchain (ERC-20) for transparent, traceable restoration funding. Payment follows accepted evidence.

Seven Year Records

Seven Year Records

Photos, designs, maps, acceptance lists, and payroll summaries are stored for at least seven years. Auditors can verify all claims.

Privacy and Consent

Privacy and Consent

Every photo has a consent record. Personal information is protected under strict access rules. MamaDEX members control their own stories.

The Living Tower Framework

Buktika operates as a Living Tower with four pillars on the Tika Standard foundation, topped by the Eco Guild. Companies with ESG obligations (Viridians) fund this work:

What Companies Can Safely Claim

  • Funding of ecological restoration with accepted proof and seven-year record retention
  • Funding of social upliftment through MamaDEX with accepted proof and seven-year record retention
  • We do not support carbon-neutral or climate-neutral claims on this platform

We provide season summaries and acceptance packs that external auditors can verify.

Contract Structure

  • We provide copies of acceptance records on request to data subjects or authorized representatives.
  • Evidence is kept for at least seven years, then archived or deleted according to our data retention policy.
  • MamaDEX members' names, photos, and stories are never shared without explicit consent. They control their own narratives.

Blockchain and HEKTO Currency

  • HEKTO is an ERC-20 token deployed on Celo Mainnet (Chain ID 42220). Target settlement reference: 100 uUSD (budgeting reference for operational accounting only).

  • HektoBags store verified environmental work records with seven-year evidence retention, traceable on-chain.
